Your documents remain yours.
PDF processing uses temporary private server storage. Local drafts are saved separately in your browser so you can return to your work.
We explain what is stored, when it expires, and how to remove your browser drafts. Documents are not used to train AI models.

Is PDFRev free to use?
Yes. Basic editing is free for PDFs up to 5 MB and 20 pages. Accounts and advanced tools are coming soon. No sign-up or payment details are needed for the available tools.
Can I edit text in any PDF?
Direct text editing works with supported PDF text and fonts. Scanned pages need OCR, which is coming soon. Complex layouts may require text boxes. The editor explains when a selection cannot be edited directly.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PDFRev works through your web browser. You upload your PDF for processing and download the result.
Will you change my original file?
Your original file on your device stays unchanged. PDFRev downloads a separate copy of the result.
