How to organize pdf
- Open your PDF and choose Organize pages.
- Reorder thumbnails, rotate pages or deselect pages you want to leave out.
- Use the download button in the page organizer to export your selected page plan.
What to expect
The page organizer provides a separate export for your chosen page order. Your normal editor download uses the main document order, so use the organizer’s own download button when you want those page changes. Page selection is useful for extracting a short section from a long PDF without rebuilding the document.
